There isn't one. We build the redesign at our own cost, before you owe us anything. If you don't want it, you don't pay — we just don't get a customer. If you do, hosting starts once you've approved it.
No. Your domain stays registered wherever it already is. We'll walk you through pointing it at the new site — it usually takes a few minutes, and we're happy to do it with you on a call.
You can cancel anytime. Pay the one-time buyout fee and the site is yours to keep, no matter what. Otherwise, we simply stop hosting it — no penalty, no hard feelings.
